KPSMusic has been providing singing and music for babies & toddler groups, nursery schools, primary schools, music schools, summer workshops, community workshops and running school choirs for KS1, KS2, KS3, SEN(D) since 2008.

 

The original Story song collection - 'How to be a Star'TM  delivers a creative learning experience that aligns and enriches curriculum objectives (UK).   Storytelling through song, providing an immersive, interactive and multi-sensory experience. 

 

Enhancing and enriching learning with a myriad of colourful activities filled with creative and musical fun for everyone.

 

Original and high quality children's Story songs each composed and developed alongside many professionals, teachers and various educational settings, thus offering a unique creative resource at child level and with the fundamental ethos of 'Learning through song'. The Story songs harness a wholesome feel, offering an organic approach to learning and brighten up the day.

The How to be a Star™ Story Song Series offers a unique and creative learning resource, providing engaging experiences for each learner while aligning with and enriching UK curriculum objectives.

Our collection features original, high-quality story songs, thoughtfully designed to support educators while nurturing each learner’s development.

Through music, song, storytelling, and creative activities, we create immersive, interactive, and multi-sensory learning experiences that inspire and engage young minds. Each story song is a learner-centred resource, grounded in a holistic and organic approach to learning, designed to encourage creativity and self-expression while providing a vibrant foundation for musical exploration and supporting imagination, communication, and personal growth.

Developed in collaboration with teachers and educational professionals, and shaped by the needs of diverse learning environments, our approach ensures that resources are practical, adaptable, and relevant for use in classrooms, home education, and community settings.

We have been delivering music and singing programmes locally since 2008 across a wide range of educational settings, including early years (babies and toddlers), nurseries, primary and secondary schools (KS1–KS3), music schools, community and summer workshops, after-school clubs, school choirs, and SEND provision.

Workshops

How to be a StarTM

Discover the power of music in a unique, inspiring, and creative way.

How to be a Star™ workshops offer a wide range of engaging themes and topics, carefully designed to inspire and motivate young learners. Each workshop is thoughtfully developed to enrich the learning experience, supporting children in making meaningful connections and deepening their understanding of the world through creative exploration.

Through music, storytelling, movement, and other creative arts, learners are encouraged to actively participate, stimulating curiosity, building confidence, and developing communication and self-expression. A strong focus on wellbeing is woven throughout, creating a supportive and nurturing environment where learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) are included and supported alongside their peers.

The workshops provide a dynamic, interactive, and inclusive setting that accommodates a range of learning styles, enabling every learner to engage, develop, and realise their unique creative potential.​
